MASSACHUSETTS – It seems not matter how hard you try, taking off bandages always hurts. But that could soon be changing.

Engineers from Massachusetts Institute of Technology have created a new medical tape that could finally take the pain away. The new bandage will stick to your skin, but also peel apart easily, without yanking skin or body hair.

This is especially good news for babies! That’s because a baby’s skin rips much easier than an adult’s. The new medical tape will pull right off their skin, without doing any further damage.

No word yet on when it will hit store shelves.
