HOUSTON, TX – A hurricane of music is about to hit Houston and we’re all OK with it. It’s Paul McCartney’s first time in town in seven years and we don’t need no protection.

Yeah, Minute Maid Park will be packed tonight; a clear sign there will be no baseball. Fans of all ages and from all over the world is pretty sure the former Beatle will deliver.

Early in the day it was time to get the show ready. Sound check, lights, screens. What a cool job it must be to be a part of Paul’s crew, touring the world alongside the legend and getting to meet such a wide variety of fans. The nostalgic, the children of the nostalgic, those who liked John better but don’t have the option to choose anymore and those who follow Paul McCartney wherever he goes.

With a little help from his fans, the Mozart of our time is going to set Houston on fire and let’s hope he’ll be back soon, either before or after his next divorce.
