Students charged for violent graffiti at school
KINGWOOD, TX – If there’s one thing there’s no patience for right now, it is threats about school violence. Kingwood student Derick Montelongo may be learning that the hard way. He allegedly posted violent graffiti days before the Connecticut massacre. Today he’s in court, and today that stuff is all the more serious.
The 18-year-old is charged with “exhibition of firearms with a threat.”
He allegedly drew a gun pointing at a police officer and wrote “shoot everyone at 3:07″ on a bathroom stall in the high school.
Then, days later another student, Trent McKay Skinner, allegedly defaced bathroom walls too. Court papers say his drawings included references to the Aryan brotherhood and the Nazis.
Cops say surveillance caught the boys entering the restrooms, and that they were each carrying images similar to what they drew.
