SAN JOSE, CA – No one likes feeling left out!

After Google, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, etc., published their top trends for 2012, PayPal wanted to get in on the action too. The so-called “digital wallet” released its list of the five biggest mobile phone payments over the last 12 months.

The number one spot was a $48,000 bulldozer.

From there, a roughly $46,000 white gold necklace with 125 diamonds, rare coins (worth about the same), a men’s diamond chain necklace for about $40,000 and finally a painting, also for about $40k.

A consumer tracking company says roughly 13% of cyber Monday shoppers made their purchases on a phone or tablet this year.
