BELLEFONTE, PA – Remember Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State football coach convicted of raping young boys? Well, he was back in court, this time so his lawyers could try to convince the judge that:

(1)    There wasn’t enough evidence to convict him

(2)    They didn’t have enough time to prepare for his trial

(3)    The prosecution flooded them with more documents than they could handle.

Sandusky wasn’t the only one who went down. Penn State’s president Graham Spanier got axed, along with coach Joe Paterno before he died.

And the NCAA erased all the team’s wins from 1998 to 2011, along with slapping the school with a $60 million fine.

Thanks to the rule of law, we can expect to see more of Sandusky’s smiling face as he chases his appalling appeals.
