HOUSTON – The long arm of the law didn’t stretch too far to nab the second suspect in the Jan. 22 shooting on the Lone Star College-North Harris campus that left three victims wounded. U.S. marshals and Harris County deputies collared 22-year-old Trey Foster at a house in the Dallas suburb of Plano. Foster was fingered as the shooter by his buddy, 22-year-old Carlton Berry, who not only was hit when bullets started flying, but also was the first person charged.
