PHILIPSBURG, ST. MAARTEN – It’s been a month since Carnival Triumph’s fail at sea, and now the liner is dealing with more ship problems.  The Florida-based Carnival Dream is sitting at port in St. Maarten with technical difficulties.

“The bathrooms are not working, they’re backing up [and] the elevators have not been working. They’ve been turning them on and off,” said Regg Stark a Carnival Dream passenger.

The problem reportedly involves a generator.

At this point, Carnival says: “The ship has full power but is still at dock while personnel continue to work on the technical issue.”
