methHUMBLE, TX – It was like something out of Hollywood right in the Houston suburb of Humble.

Except the dudes in this house were breaking more than bad — the meth lab discovered in a house on Bolton Ridge breaks the bank.

“Approximately 32 pounds of meth, crystal meth, was recovered worth approximately $2.5 million,” says Precinct 4 Constable’s Office Lieutenant, Cupit.

32 pounds!

Neighbor Robert Riggins is stunned. “I’m amazed at how much that is,’ he says. ‘Well, I’m amazed that it’s actually happening right here on my street.”

More amazing is the fact that no one’s been arrested. Precinct 4 Constables discovered the stash almost by accident. They were investigating a burglary call in the neighborhood and noticed the back door to the home was open. When they peeked inside, they found the payload.

No one was home at the time of the find, and it’s a good bet no one will be back anytime soon.

Not Walter White or Jessie Pinkman

Which is just fine as far as Robert Riggins is concerned. “We don’t need that kind of foolishness around here; we don’t need that kind of foolishness at all.’
