These days, you`re just not a celebrity without a sex tape!

Afterall, most of them are now rollin` in the dough after a video-taped roll in the hay.

The latest poorly-shot, grainy sex vid to surface online stars none other than Hulk Hogan and Heather Clem—the ex-wife of Hogan`s best friend, radio personality ‘Bubba the Love Sponge’.

Entertainment website Gawker got ahold of the video and posted it on their site.

But this week, a Florida judge issued a temporary injunction, ordering Gawker to remove the video and the written description of what happens in the video.

Gawker has begrudgingly taken the video down, but absolutely refuses to take down the accompanying article.

Their latest headline reads ‘A Judge Told Us to Take Down Our Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Post. We Won`t.’

Gawker`s attorney Gregg Thomas argued that it was their first amendment right to publish the written account, and they`re appealing the ruling–which maybe the only appealing thing about this story!
