nunSAN ANDRES, COLOMBIA – A trio of fake nuns were busted trying to sneak in cocaine from Colombia.

The three ladies were caught on Colombia’s Caribbean Island of San Andres on a flight from Bogota. Police say the women thought the disguise would spare them from being searched. But security thought the women were acting a bit strange. They also say they seemed nervous, so security rounded the up and gave them a pat down.

They found about 4.5 lbs. of cocaine strapped to their bodies. Officials say the women were arrested and are now facing drug trafficking charges.
