BRADFORD, ENGLAND – Researchers have finally gotten to the root of how to prevent gray hair.

The discovery, sure to please young and old, was published in the experimental biology publication ‘FASEB Journal.’ Researchers say the cure is: ‘P-C… K-U-S’ a topical, ultraviolet B-activated pseudo-catalase. Yeah, they definitely need a better name, but how does it work?

Hair turns gray because of a biological domino effect. The new remedy increases catalase — an enzyme in your body that breaks down hydrogen peroxide build up. No build up, no snow on the roof.

What’s funny is, the testing focus for this drug wasn’t eliminating gray hair; scientists were trying to find a treatment for Vitiligo, which they did. Guess that’s called a win-win.
