collapsePHILADELPHIA, PA – Building demolitions is usually pretty standard: a controlled explosion and down it goes. But a building in Philly went horribly wrong and it collapsed the wrong way.

Someone walking by saw the whole thing happen. They say the 3-story building landed on top of a thrift shop just as he saw some people walking in.

Firefighters were quick to respond. They helped pull out nearly a dozen people from the rubble. As of Wednesday afternoon, there were still two people trapped underneath the rubble, but no reported deaths.

As with any accident, an investigation will likely follow.
