FORT WORTH, TX – With how often baggage is lost, it’s usually no surprise when an airline makes a mistake. But this mess-up is ridiculous.

American Airlines apparently missed the teeny tiny fact that one their flight attendant trainees was on the no-fly list.

And guess what for.

He allegedly made eight bomb threats against United Airlines, who was previously employed with.

How did this happen?

His name is Patrick Cau, and that name cleared a background check. But the name on the no-fly list was Patrick Kaiser.

Cau is expected to plead guilty in federal court; and yes, American Airlines did remove him from the training program.

Maybe they need a program on how to hire people.
