1 dead, 3 injured in Spring HS stabbing

SPRING, TX – A shaken community gathered in Spring on Wednesday evening  to pay respects to a life lost at Spring High School earlier in the morning.

Early Wednesday morning panic and terror rocked Spring High School. One person was killed and three others injured after a stabbing. The entire school of more than 3,000 students immediately went on lockdown.

The Spring ISD PD was the first to respond to the scene. When they got there, they discovered four victims. A 17-year-old didn’t make it and died at the scene.

Three suspects were taken into custody. And as of Wednesday evening, 17-year-old Luis Alfaro was charged with murder.

Spring ISD tells NewsFix that classes have been cancelled for the rest of the week and they will resume Mon., Sept. 9.
