DEXTER, MO – A Missouri man is facing felony charges after Dexter police say he admitted to giving his partner HIV. But wait, it gets worse.

According to police, David Mangum claims he hid his status and had unprotected sex with at least 300 partners from Texas and Missouri since 2003. The 37-year-old grocery store employee says he met some of his partners through Craigslist ads.

Here’s a tip for the folks at home: don’t get sex off the same website where you can score a busted DVD player, ya know?

This big question is: why would someone do this?

Mangum claims he didn’t tell anyone about his status for fear they would reject him. News flash David: ignorance is not bliss.
