HOUSTON, TX – In remembrance of 9/11, firefighters all over Houston were honored.

More than 1200 HEB employees visited over 190 fire stations in the region, serving up breakfast and lunch.

And for Station 68 in Houston, the day of service held an extra special meaning, as two of the four firefighters killed in a Houston motel fire back in June were part of their team. It was a chance to honor and remember them as well.

Way to go HEB, and to all our Houston firefighters for all you do.
