NEW YORK, NY – A student at New York University went missing for almost two days, only to eventually be discovered trapped in between two buildings.

19-year-old Asher Vongtau had reportedly last been seen on Saturday morning. He had gone running back into this apartment building, while everyone else was exiting for a fire alarm.

By late the next day, his friends had initiated a search, which lead someone to the roof of the building. That’s where Vongtau was found, in a roughly 2 foot wide space between the parking garage and apartment building.

Firefighters pulled him out safely. It’s believed Vongtau may have fallen through a 5th floor window. But at least for right now, it is all under investigation.
