The woman was trying on bras at a Kohl’s store in Lenexa when she saw a man videotaping her in the dressing room.
Jean Ouelette says she looked down and saw the suspect laying on the floor and recording her with his phone from under the dressing room wall.
She got so upset she chased the man out using her hands to cover herself up as she ran topless through the store yelling for help.
She stopped at the front doors and other customers gave chase.
Police nabbed the man a few blocks away.
He’s facing charges of Breach of Privacy.
That’s a misdemeanor that could land him in jail for a year and or a $2500 fine.
Ouelette says she’s grateful to those who helped catch the peeper.
