HOUSTON, TEXAS – If you think Houston drivers are crazy on the road, try walking among them at Reliant Center.
“We’re thrilled with all the Texas debuts, here at the Houston Auto Show,” said Wyatt Wainwright, President of the Houston Automobile Dealers Association, “among them, the Texas debut of the new 2015 Mustang.”
Why can’t we just slide our credit card and satisfy our desires once and for all?
“A lot of people love to browse about the exotics,” added Wainwright. “There’s a McLaren here on the show floor, dazzling Lamborghinis.”
Americans’ love affair with cars is going the distance, lately. Collectors spent a total of $248.6 million during a car auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, which ended last Sunday. And you worry about the price of gas! Some dude bought a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette for $3.85 million, breaking the record for the brand. Clearly, at some point in our lives, toys get more expensive.
So, even if you’re not willing to trash your credit score, go to Reliant Center.
