WARREN, MI – Police Officer Bernadette Najor was fired after being caught on camera violently cutting off Charda Gregory’s weave.

Gregory had been arrested in November for allegedly trashing a Detroit motel. While in the lock-up area, Najor was caught on camera violently cutting off Gregory’s weave while she was strapped down to a chair. Najor claimed it was because she had threatened suicide.

Commissioner Jere Green said that made no sense and after an investigation fired Najor.
