Spec’s customer information hacked

HOUSTON, TX – If you’ve visited a Spec’s Wine and Liquor store in the past year and a half your personal information could be at risk. Nearly two dozen stores around the Houston area were hacked. Credit card numbers, check information, bank routing numbers, even card security codes could all be in the wrong hands. Spec’s says only five percent of their customers were affected but it went on from October 2012 up until just last week on March 20th.
