LAHORE, PAKISTAN – Age is nothing but a number and if you’re a baby in Pakistan this might be true.

A 9-month-old boy is being charged with attempted murder for apparently stoning the police.

The toddler and his family are being accused of beating and injuring a police officer after a protest against gas cuts and price increases turned violent.

Musa Khan doesn’t know how to hold up his bottle yet, but has had his fingerprints taken and is on bail.

His family has since taken him into hiding.

Guess you’re never too old, or too young, for a time out.

Khan’s next hearing is scheduled for April 12.
