PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA – Seems like this Oscar Pistorius murder trial has been going on forever. And from the sounds of it, it’s not wrapping up any time soon.

A judge has ruled the onetime Olympic athlete turned murder suspect, must undergo a month of psychiatric testing before his trial can continue.

Pistorius’ mental health is in question after a defense expert said she believed he has an anxiety disorder.

The testing will be done by a panel of experts who will submit a mental health report to the court.

Pistorius does not claim he was insane or suffering from any mental problems when he killed his girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp, in his home last year.

But now, if there’s any chance his mental health really is an issue, Pistorius’ case may have another leg to stand on.
