NEW YORK, NY – A runaway horse causes chaos in Central Park.

The nine-year-old carriage horse named “Pumpkin” lost his bridle and bolted from its handler.

Spooked, Pumpkin galloped through Central Park before returning to 59th street, where the horse and carriage clipped the open door of a taxi.

No one was hurt but it did slow Pumpkin down enough so drivers could wrangle him in.

Pumpkin was taken back to the stables, and no he didn’t hail a cab.
