FESTUS, MO – We’ve heard of “Man Caves” but how would you like to live in an actual cave?!

Well here’s your chance. This 10-year-old, 17-thousand square foot, sandstone cave home is up for auction in Festus, Missouri.

Located on aptly-named “Cave Drive”, it was built with William Sleeper’s own bare hands.

Now due to failing health and life changes he’s decided to sell.

The four bedroom, two bathroom, and three “chamber” cave home has a number of bidders.

But the Sleepers won’t leave unless the price is right.

Last check the highest bid was set at $225,000.

We’ll see if the Sleepers will “cave” and sell.
