ISIS leader seen praying at mosque in new video

MOSUL, IRAQ – One of the world’s most feared men is back from the dead?!

A video that surfaced on Twitter looks like ISIS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

The man in the video wearing all black is conducting prayers at the Great Mosque of Al-Nuri.

The prayers are call for people to create an Islamic state in Iraq and Syria and wage a holy war during Ramadan; the holy month of fasting for Muslims which began in June.

However, the video would be contrary to previous, unconfirmed reports saying al-Baghdadi was wounded or killed in airstrikes in the Mosul area.

Back in 2009, a man with the same name, al-Baghdadi, was released from Camp Bucca, a U.S. operated prison in southern Iraq, but no reports can confirm if he’s the same guy in the video.

Is this video with perfect timing or is it just coincidence?

This, after last week’s creation of an Islamic state by ISIS, which stretches from Syria to Iraq.

Sounds fishy doesn’t it?
