An affair will cost you more than just your morals

HOUSTON, TX – Who knew that breaking your vows can also break the bank. Do you know how much straying from your marriage would actually cost?

A new survey from a British retail company, says the average affair (which lasts about six months) sets cheaters back $2,664. Broken down that’s a $444 price tag to double your pleasure. Of course, there’s the cost of hotel rooms, lavish gifts and date nights, but put all that aside and consider the cost of a good divorce attorney. Moreover, the survey also found the technology we use to connect is what’s often the catalyst for what breaks couples apart.

So, if you’re planning on slipping out on your marriage, and into something else you may need to do some “financial foreplay” before jumping into the real thing.
