House of Representatives allows Speaker Boehner to sue President Obama

WASHINGTON, DC – Bring the popcorn and get ready for the next celebrity case of The People’s Court.  The House of Representatives passed a resolution allowing Speaker John Boehner to sue President Barack Obama.  Why?  They claim he abused his powers at the expense of Congress and the Constitution.

Once again, it all goes back to Obamacare and the President’s executive orders.  Even though Congress has floated the possibility of impeachment, taking the President to a Federal Court is a new legal path of unclear consequences.

So, with midterm elections right around the corner, here’s a new episode of politics as usual, with Republicans and Democrats fighting over who’s abusing who.  Instead of a judge, these two could use a couple’s counselor.  And as always, we’ll pay the bill.
