TAMPA, FL - A woman in Tampa, Florida's no Creulla DeVille, but the two women do have one thing in common. They love dog fur.
Doris Carvalho. 50, hopes her dog-fur handbags will have customers begging for more, but that's if she can raise the $15K she needs to kick-start her business. She uses old dog fur and weaves together what can only be called a beautiful 'doggie-bag.'
Problem is, it takes her at least 50-hours to make one bag, so she's charging $1,000 right now. While it may not seem like the most fashion forward accessory, if you think about it, most of us are covered in our pets hair when we leave the house anyway. Why not make it a fashion-statement?
