DETROIT, Michigan — It’s almost like claiming a dog ate your homework, but Buffalo Bills quarterback Kyle Orton and and kicker Dan Carpenter reportedly both complained to referees on Sunday that a laser pointer was interfering in the game at Ford Field!  Others apparently noticed it, too.  They ended up beating the Detroit Lions 17-14, but still, not cool.

Now the NFL is looking into the claims.

The Lions released a statement saying in-part that “…any future occurrence (on their field) will be dealt with accordingly,” but in the meantime, a guy on Twitter confessed!  That account was later deleted.
