DOVER, Delaware -- It might have all been a bad joke. But now a Delaware man is taking his doctors to court, all because he got his panties in a bunch! 32 year-old Andrew Walls is suing a medical facility, saying that after undergoing a colonoscopy at the location he mysteriously awoke from anesthesia wearing women's underwear. He claims the pink panties on him weren't his and now instead of seeing pink, this perturbed patient is seeing red!

According to the lawsuit, the alleged stunt happened in 2012, at the Delaware Surgery Center in Dover. Wells, who was also an employee of the facility at the time, is calling the incident an "outrageous prank" by his ex-colleagues while he was under sedation.

The lawsuit reads, "When the plaintiff initially presented for his colonoscopy he had not been wearing pink women's underwear and at no time did the plaintiff voluntarily, knowingly or intentionally place pink women's underwear upon himself."

Walls claims he became the butt of a joke. One that led to Walls losing his job over what he says was "severe emotional stress". The Delaware Surgery Center, on the other hand, is keeping tight-lipped about the girlie undergarment claims.

A man goes in for a colonoscopy, but comes out wearing pink panties. Now a judge will have to get to the bottom of things.
