HOUSTON, TX - Unless you spent your entire weekend inside, you probably noticed winter made a little cameo.

It was a bone-chilling Halloween, and we're not talking about skeletons here. From the midwest, to the northeast, the arctic air crept in. There was even some snow!

Parts of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee were hit with the season's first snowfall. Down in the good ol' Lone Star State, no white stuff here, but it did get cold---for Texas standards. Temperatures dropped down into the 40's.

But before you go busting out the Uggs, scarfs and whatever else is in your winter box, you can hold off for now. We'll be back in the 80's this week.
