TULSA, Oklahoma - A mother in Oklahoma was killed after her three-year-old son grabbed a semi-automatic handgun and accidentally shot her in the head.

Tulsa police say Christa Engles, 26, was home with her three-year-old boy and one-year-old daughter when the tragedy happened.

Police say the mom was changing her daughter's diaper when the toddler fired at her.

A neighbor reportedly told police the child found the gun under a couch.

Child specialists have already interviewed the little boy to try and piece things together, but are not sure how much that will help.

Unfortunately, just another sad example that shows no matter who's behind the trigger, guns are no child's play.
