MOUNT DORA, Florida - The registered sex offender who hit the $3 million lottery jackpot in Florida earlier this month is now being sued by two alleged victims.

Two brothers say they were just five and nine when they were abused by Timothy Poole, 43, back in 1996.

He's serving 10 years on sex offender probation. Poole was accused of sexually battering a nine-year-old boy in 1999. He pleaded guilty to attempted sexual battery and spent 13 months in jail, but was released after taking a plea bargain.
