HELENA, MT -- A Montana legislator seems to have his panties in a bundle over yoga pants, but it's not because Republican Rep. David Moore is wearing them. It's because he just thinks they should be illegal, at least in public.

The good news is another state panel has made moves to kill the bill, which would have "tightened" the definition of indecent exposure to include clothes that give the appearance of a person's butt, pelvis, genitals or the female nipple.
