Birthday bash for Abe Lincoln celebrates Presidents’ Day at NMFH

HOUSTON, Tx. - For Presidents’ Day, what better way to celebrate the historical leaders of this great nation than a posthumous birthday party!? The National Museum of Funeral History threw this fiesta for the one and only, honest Abe Lincoln.

Party-goers also learned about the pageantry that goes into making sure that when our dear leaders do shuffle off this mortal coil, they go with dignity and respect.

Yes, it is important to honor our living presidents and all the great work they`ve done. But Presidents’ Day allows us a perfect opportunity to look back and remember some of the legends that have held the oval office.
