HOUSTON, TX - An early morning burglary investigation wrapped up pretty quickly in northwest Houston.
HPD got a call from security for Family Dollar, informing officers that surveillance cameras revealed two men were inside the store around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
"It appears they were trying to steal some dog food, diapers and toilet paper," said HPD Lt. Larry Crowsen. "We're consulting with the district attorney right now. They'll more than likely be charged with burglary of a building."
When police got there, they nabbed one suspect immediately. The other took off on a bike, but officers caught up with him quickly.
