HOUSTON - Many of us hit the gym to keep our bodies fit, but far less of us take the time to exercise our minds. A new study from The American Academy of Neurology suggests that engaging in some artistic activities can greatly decrease your chances of memory loss.

This is great news since an estimated 88 million Americans are projected to suffer from some form of cognitive impairment in the next 40 years. So, flex your creative muscle hard and often since it may be the key to keeping your memories intact.
