DES MOINES, IA- Talk about a scary situation on a highway in Iowa. Luckily, a state trooper was in the right place at the right time!

A truck stops in the middle of a busy highway and inside it looked like a violent situation, like a fight inside the truck. When the trooper opened the door there was a frantic teenage boy begging for help because his dad was having a heart attack!

Quick thinking, trooper Tracy Bohlen of the Iowa State Patrol pulls the teen's father out the truck and started CPR. After a minute, the man started breathing on his own. He was transported to a nearby hospital and is now home recovering. Now that's what we call a Super Trooper!
