AUSTIN, TX - Richard Overton has not only lived through two World Wars and 11 Presidents, he also happens to be the nation's oldest veteran. For Overton's 109th birthday the city of Austin (where he lives) honored the centenarian.

Overton says he still has his driver's license, so he's not just sitting around all day.

Overton says he doesn't eat anything special, but he does enjoy a little whiskey in his morning coffee occasionally and puffs on a cigar nearly all day long.
