HONG KONG, CHINA - Shoppers at a mall in Hong Kong got a pretty good scare when a wild boar came crashing through the ceiling of a children's clothing store. Talk about "pigging out" at the mall.
The 55-pound, 3-foot long, female boar made a mess of some displays and mannequins in the store. After a four hour standoff with mall security, the beast was tranquilized and taken to an animal rehab center.
Wild boars are apparently common in rural areas surrounding Hong Kong. They often wander into urban spaces.
