PORT OF HOUSTON, TX - A body found at the Port of Houston Thursday night is likely the eighth victim of this week's historic floods.

Houston Police recovered the body after the crew of a tugboat spotted it around 7:45 p.m. Officers say the victim is an elderly male. An elderly man has been missing since Monday when a rescue boat overturned in Brays Bayou. Police say they don't have a positive ID yet, so they can't say for certain if the body found is the flood victim.
