CLEVELAND, OH - If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, then what happens when the eye gets pepper sprayed? A municipal court judge near Cleveland believes “revenge” happens.

NewsFix told you about his honor Michael Cicconietti sentencing a woman to walk thirty miles for stiffing a driver for cab fare. Now, the judge has gone a step further. The court found Diamond Gaston guilty for pepper spraying a worker at a Burger King in the face. Judge Cicconietti's sentence, pepper spray to the face by the victim she sprayed in the first place.

Didn’t Gandhi say, “an eye for an eye only leaves the whole world blind?”

Naturally the judge didn`t use real pepper spray, he used saline solution but Ms. Gaston didn`t know that. Talk about an eye full of karma.
