ASTORIA, OR - We'd be lying if we told you Oregon doesn't have a problem with sea lions. The lazy bums have taken over the docks in Astoria, bringing commerce to a screeching (or should we say barking) halt.

"It could very well wipe out the fish in our rivers, the jobs that have been created to process and feed our nation," said Jim Knight, the Executive Director of the Port of Astoria.

That's where 'Fake Willy' comes in. A man who owns a former parade float was hoping it would scare the sea lions away. Unfortunately, the sea lions weren't buying the plastic predator, and after just half an hour 'Fake Willy' went belly up.

"Hopefully they find something to do and to get rid of them pretty soon," said Astoria resident Andrew Bergeson.

You could say this is one whale that didn't get the 'seal' of approval!
