HARRIS COUNTY, TX - Deputies are on the scene of a home invasion shooting in northwest Harris County.
A man and his toddler were at home in their apartment at the Cypress Commons on Cypresswood Dr. near Cutten Rd. Around 2:15 a.m., investigators say three young men in a white BMW forced their way into the apartment. The suspects demanded the victim's cash, wallet and other items, then one of the suspects shot the victim in the shoulder.
The suspects got away. The victim went to the hospital. As for the toddler, we're told the victim's girlfriend is watching the child.
