NEW YORK, NY - A new terminal is expected to open at JFK airport in 2016 and it's designed exclusively for pets, horses, birds, and livestock. It's called the Ark at JFK.

Equipped with flat screen TVs, departure lounges, and a swimming pool, the $48 million facility will be the world's only privately owned animal terminal and USDA approved, full service, 24-hour, airport quarantine facility.

Not only will these animals be sitting in the lap of luxury, but they'll also have access to around-the-clock medical care.
