HUMBLE, TX - A caught-on-camera moment: two Harris County deputies scuffling with a 15-year-old girl.

The Sheriff's Office says it all started when a female deputy responded to a disturbance in Humble around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. She caught up with the 15-year-old, who then allegedly attacked the deputy. She called for help and that's when a male deputy showed up and tried to pull the teen off the other deputy.

"Both deputies were requesting and hollering at the suspect to release control of the deputy," says asst. chief Henry Wieghat. "The suspect refused and continued to choke the deputy. At that time, the deputy used some pain-compliance techniques with her arm. "

Deputies say dash cam and body camera video shows the deputy did nothing wrong. The suspect was charged with assaulting an officer. As for the female deputy who was attacked, she suffered injuries to her head and hands and also had a bite mark from the suspect, according to investigators.
