BAYTOWN, TX - The guy who was shot last week by a pastor while allegedly stealing computers from a Baytown church may not have good luck. But he's got gumption!

Lee Marvin Blue Jr. has been arrested again, after police say he broke into a Burger King in Baytown Monday morning. Blue reportedly claims he had to use the bathroom, but cops say he was cooking hamburger patties when they showed up.

It's pretty bold, especially considering that less than one week before, Pastor Benny Holmes shot Blue in the shoulder mid-robbery at his church. That gunshot damaged an artery.
