HOUSTON, TX - The burglary suspect who made headlines when he was shot by a Baytown pastor is back in jail.

Lee Marvin Blue was arrested Monday morning after allegedly breaking into a Burger King. His arrest came exactly a week after he was shot when a pastor caught him breaking into the church. The pastor shot Blue in the neck. In his new mug shot, you can see the staples and incisions likely stemming from his surgeries after the shooting.
