HOUSTON, TX - Carli Lloyd, Morgan Brian and Meghan Klingenberg helped Mayor Annise Parker proclaim Tuesday as  "Houston Dash Women's World Cup Day."  The three Dash players were part of the U.S.A. team that won the FIFA Women's World Cup in July.

The Dash have two more games left this season, including Sunday's home finale against Boston.

"We want to finish the season strong, even though we're not in the playoffs," Lloyd said.  "We still want to take these two games seriously. We don't want to end up in last place."

Lloyd says after this season, she'll focus again on the national team as America prepares to qualify for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
